Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is offered for low income clients needing assistance paying bills. We help with cooling and heating bills and possibly rent/mortgage payments. From time to time, we have assisted with medical and prescription co-pays. HEARTS offers financial assistance based on a case by case review of clients circumstances.

Clients must have an updated HEARTS application on file and provide the following documentation:

What happens next?

Clients will meet with the Director to discuss available funding and budgeting issues for the families in need.

Hearts worked directly with the vendor to ensure payment.

Maximum amount that Hearts can offer is $300 for any given situation.
