The NEW Empowering Pathways Program is a transformative initiative by HEARTS of Cleburne, designed to equip adults of all ages, including individuals with special needs who have aged out of the system, with the essential skills needed for self-sufficiency and long-term success.
Focused on life skills training, financial literacy, workforce development, and community reintegration, the program supports individuals especially those overcoming barriers such as poverty, unemployment, or previous incarceration—in building stable and independent futures.
Funding for this initiative is generously provided by Alabama Power, Coosa Valley RC&D, Navigate, the Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama, and the Daniel Foundation, allowing us to expand our impact and provide critical resources.
Through partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations, participants receive job training, career coaching, and financial education, helping them secure stable employment and housing.
Classes will begin in March 2025, providing structured learning opportunities to equip participants with the tools they need for long-term success. By addressing both immediate needs and long-term goals,
