The NEW Breaking Boundaries program is a transformative initiative by HEARTS of Cleburne, designed to equip adults of all ages, particularly individuals with special needs who have aged out of the system, with the essential skills needed for self-sufficiency and long-term success.
Focused on life skills training, financial literacy, workforce development, and community reintegration, the program supports individuals—especially those overcoming barriers—in building stable and independent futures.
Through partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations, participants receive job training, career coaching, and financial education, helping them secure stable employment and housing.
Breaking Boundaries takes the barriers and BREAKS them, fosters economic stability and personal growth, empowering individuals to take control of their futures and thrive within their communities.
